银杏内生菌胞外多糖对苹果扩展青霉的抑制机理

摘要
苹果青霉病是是我国苹果低产的主要原因之一,现在普遍采用化学制剂杀死病菌孢子,存在安全隐患。本文考察了银杏内生菌胞外多糖对苹果青霉的抑制机理。以40%乙醇为对照样品,测试了不同浓度胞外多糖对苹果青霉的抑菌作用,当胞外多糖浓度为65mg/mL时,处理组抑菌效果强于对照组。测量多糖处理后苹果青霉的电导率、丙二醛含量、蛋白质含量、超歧化氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶指标的变化。结果显示电导率、丙二醛含量随处理时间的增加而增加,蛋白质含量、四种酶活力则呈下降趋势。这表明在该过程中,抑菌物质破坏其膜系统导致膜脂化,电解质渗漏,蛋白质变性,酶活力下降,故胞外多糖可以有效的抑制扩展青霉的繁殖。本研究为苹果青霉病的生物防治提供了的理论基础。
The reason of low apple productivity lies in penicillium disease.Disadvantages of chemical agants are which always kills spore and at the same time it leads to safety risk.This study explores antimicrobial mechanism of exopolysaccharides against.Regarding 40%alcohol as control group,antimicrobial effects were tested under different concentration of exopolysaccharides.When the concentration of exopolysaccharides at 65 mg / mL,effect of treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the control group.Antimicrobial mechanism was analyzed depending on the electrical conductivity,MDA,enzyme activity,which were increased with the treatment time,while the protein content and the activity of enzyme decreased.It indicated that in this process,exopolysaccharides broke the membrane system and lead to the membrane esterification,electrolyte leakage,protein denaturation,so exopolysaccharides can control the Penicillium expansion multiplication.The research brings a theoretical basement of apple penicillium disease for biological prevention.
