烟草热塑膜包装机烘箱预警测温装置的设计与实现

摘要
目的:设计一种温度检测装置,用于烟草物流分拣线上的热塑膜包装机烘箱,以及时监控其内部温度变化,预警设备故障。方法:利用C8051F330单片机内部AD转换器采集PT100温度数据,由铂电阻温度计算公式将温度计算出来并通过串口传送给上位机,通过Lab Windows/CVI显示实时温度变化曲线。结果:利用铂电阻温度传感器实现的测温装置设计完成,该装置兼具温度采集、监控和报警的功能。结论:设计完成的温度检测装置可成功应用于烟草物流分拣线上的热塑膜包装机烘箱,对烘箱内部温度变化和电阻元件故障实现监控和预警,提示工作人员及时检修。
Objective: to design a temperature detection device for the tobacco logistics sorting line of the hot plastic film packaging machine oven, as well as monitoring the internal temperature change, early warning equipment failure. Methods: by using C8051F330 MCU internal AD converter collection PT100 temperature data, made of platinum resistance temperature formula will be calculated from the temperature and transferred to the PC via the serial port, using the Lab Windows / CVI display real-time temperature curve. Results: the design of the temperature measuring device based on the platinum resistance temperature sensor is completed. The device has the functions of temperature collection, monitoring and alarm. Conclusion: complete the design of temperature detecting device can be successfully applied to tobacco logistics sorting line heat plastic film packaging machine oven, of oven temperature change and a resistance element fault monitoring and warning, suggesting that maintenance staff in a timely manner.
