Sn/NCNF的制备及其锂电性能研究

摘要
锡负极材料在嵌锂脱锂过程中存在巨大的体积膨胀变化,且材料的导电性较差,因此在储能领域的应用中存在诸多限制。本文利用SnO_2/SiO_2与PAN、PVP进行混合静电纺丝。经高温炭化过程SnO_2被碳还原为Sn纳米粒子。最后再用碱溶液将SiO_2刻蚀除去,得到Sn/NCNF复合纤维。对其形貌、锂电性能等进行研究。结果表明,SnO_2/SiO_2与PAN/PVP质量比为0.5:1时所得产物具有最佳的循环稳定性及比容量。Sn/NCNF复合纤维在电流密度为500 mA g~(-1)时,平均比容量为400 mAh g~(-1)。
The tin anode material has huge volume expansion,poor conductivity,so limits its application in lithium batteries.In this paper,the SnO_2/SiO_2 and PAN,PVP mixed fiber was prepared by electrospinning method.After high temperature carbonization process,SnO_2 is reduced to Sn nanoparticles.Finally,the SiO_2 was removed by etching with an alkaline solution to obtain Sn/NCNF composite fiber.And the relationship between the morphology and energy storage properties was investigated.The results showed that the Sn/NCNF composite fiber has the best cycling stability and specific capacity prepared when the SnO_2/SiO_2 and PAN/PVP weight ratio is0.5:1.The average specific capacity was 400 mAh g~(-1) at the current density of 500 mA g~(-1).
