摘要
土地利用总体规划通过土地结构和用地布局对生态环境产生深远的影响,开展其生态效应评价对进行科学合理的土地利用决策和保护区域生态环境具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文从生态系统服务价值的角度来对宁武县土地利用总体规划(2006—2020年)实施的生态效应进行定量评价。结果表明:2006—2020年,宁武县的生态系统服务价值呈增加的趋势,共增加了152.99×10~6元,生态环境得到改善,表明此规划是合理。林地的生态系统服务价值最大,林地的增加对研究区生态系统服务价值的影响最显著。
the comprehensive land use planning has a profound influence on the ecological environment due to adjusting the land use structure and land layout.It will have important theoretical and practical significance on the scientific land use decisions and the regional ecological environment protection that its eco- environment impact as assessment is carried out.In this paper,the ecological effects on comprehensive land use planning in Ningwu County from 2006—2020 were quantitatively evaluated from the perspective of ecosystem services value.The results and conclusions showed;From 2006 to 2020,the ecosystem services value increased from 1198.26×10~6 yuan to 1351.25×10~6 yuan,a total increase of 152.99×10~6 yuan,ecological environment has been improved,the planning was indicated reasonable.In the composition of ecosystem services value,forest ecosystem services value is the largest,the increase of forest land had the most significant effect on the service value of ecosystem services in the study area.
