苯并噻唑衍生物的荧光性能调控与荧光传感

摘要
苯并噻唑衍生物是一类荧光量子产率高、光稳定性好的荧光化合物,近年来在发光材料和荧光探针方面的研究备受关注。但是这类化合物的荧光发射波长一般处于400-600 nm,因此合成能发射大于600 nm近红外荧光的苯并噻唑衍生物将无疑拓展其应用。我们通过设计合成系列共轭结构的苯并噻唑衍生物将其荧光发射波长红移至近红外区,并据此发展了近红外荧光探针,应用于荧光传感和生物成像
Series of π-conjugated benzothiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized and their photophysical properties were investigated experimentally and theoretically. A continuous red-shifting of the fluorescence emission wavelength towards the near infrared(NIR) region was achieved by modulation of π-conjugation. The application on construction of benzothiazole-based fluorescent probe for bioimaging was also investigated.
