两亲性分子的设计合成,自组装及荧光性能研究

摘要
两亲性分子具有很好的自组装性,可以用来开发具有优良光、电、磁性的功能性纳米材料和分子器件,具有广阔的应用前景,因而目前受到广泛的关注和研究。我们设计合成了一个具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)效应的两亲性分子,利用核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析和飞行时间质谱对所合成的目标分子进行了结构和纯度表征,通过动态光散射、透射电镜、扫描电镜、紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱对分子的自组装行为和聚集诱导发光性能进行了研究。结果表明:具有聚集诱导发光(AIE)效应的两亲性分子被成功合成了。在稀溶液中,两亲性分子是以柔性的单分子链形式存在,没有荧光性;当溶液的浓度达到临界胶束浓度以上时,分子开始聚集形成直径小于100 nm核-壳结构的球形胶粒,并产生很强的荧光辐射。令人感兴趣的是,两亲性分子中不含有传统的共轭荧光团,因此通过自组装构建的自荧光纳米胶粒具有良好的生物相容性,这大大拓展了自荧光胶粒在生物和医学领域的应用。
An apt method was developed to assemble core-shell structure nanomicelles with autofluorescent characteristics. The autofluorescent nanomicelles were constructed by the strategy of self-assembly of amphiphilic molecule containing intrinsic fluorophore. The amphiphilic molecule was an AIE-active luminogen without conventional ?-? conjugated structure. Compared with conventional fluorescent nanomicelles including conjugated organic dyes, the autofluorescent nanomicelles based on AIE fluorogens have significant advantages in good biocompatibility, superb photo and physical stability, potential biodegradability and facile surface functionalization, and are promising for various biomedical applications, such as biological imaging and drug carriers.
