水溶性二氧化硫衍生物荧光探针的制备及性能研究

摘要
内源性二氧化硫的含量的异常变化通常会与癌症等疾病有关,荧光探针检测法可以实现对细胞器线粒体的靶向定位并检测痕量的内源性二氧化硫。针对目前亚硫酸盐荧光探针目前报道仍然较少,多数探针对含硫氨基酸及硫化氢选择性差,响应速度慢等特点,本课题吲哚碘盐与6-羟基-2-萘甲醛为原料,基于亚硫酸盐对半菁染料双键加成原理设计了新型的SO_2及其衍生物荧光分子探针,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:该探针对亚硫酸根较含硫氨基酸及其它阴离子有较好的选择性,响应速度较快,可达到60 s以内,检测限为0.71μM,并且具有好的水溶性,是非常优良的检测二氧化硫养生物的荧光探针,可以进一步应用于生物细胞中检测内源性二氧化硫的含量。
Sulfur dioxide(SO_2) has been recognized as a dangerous pollutant for environment and human body, the abnormal content of endogenous sulfur dioxide( SO_2) usually cause cancer and other disease. Herein, a water-soluble sulfur dioxide derivative fluorescent probe was designed and synthesized using benzothiazole iodized salt and 6-hydroxy-2-naphthaldehyde as the material. The probe showed excellent selectivity over other ions and sulfur-containing species and appeared a lower detection limit(0.71 μM), the probe also had a fast respond time(60 s), which could possibly used in living cells for detection of abnormal content of SO_2 derivatives in mitochondria.
