高荧光氮、硫共掺杂碳点的制备及对痕量汞离子的选择性测定

摘要
碳点是一类新型的碳纳米材料,具有良好的荧光性能、低的毒性和良好的生物兼容性等优点。这些独特的性能使得碳点在诸多领域得到应用,如生物成像~([1])和传感器~([2])等。通常情况下,所制备碳点的量子产率较低,需要表面修饰来提高其量子产率。但是表面功能化需要比较繁琐的操作步骤。因此,建立一个简便和绿色的高荧光碳点的制备方法,一直是材料科学领域的一个挑战。本工作通过一步水热处理盐酸吡硫醇和氧化石墨烯的混合液,制备出氮、硫共掺杂碳点建立了一个简便、低耗费和绿色的制备高荧光的氮、硫共掺杂碳点的新方法。用X-射线光电子能谱、透射电镜和荧光光谱等手段对材料的结构和光学性能进行了研究。实验结果表明所制备的氮、硫共掺杂碳点具有高的量子产率(32.2%)、良好的荧光稳定性、良好的水溶性和上转换荧光等特性。此外,该材料能用作荧光探针测定水溶液中的汞离子,具有高的选择性、低的检测限(1.0 nM)和宽的线性范围。
Carbon dots(CDs) have attracted tremendous interest due to their excellent properties such as low cytotoxicity and good biocompatibility.The excellent performances of CDs make them be applied in many fields such as bioimaging~([1]) and sensors~([2]).The generality of CDs shows a comparatively low photoluminescence(PL) quantum yield(QY).Thus,there is a great need to develop a facile and green method for synthesizing CDs with strong photoluminescence emission.Herein,we suggest a simple approach to prepare nitrogen-and sulfur-co-doped carbon dots(N/S-CDs) with a high PL efficiency through hydrothermal treatment of the pyritinol hydrochloride in the presence of GO.The N/S-CDs possess excellent PL properties such as high solubility,good luminescence stability,excitation-dependent emission,up-conversion PL,and high QY of ca.32.2%.Furthermore,the prepared N/S-CDs were used as a fluorescent probe to detect Hg~(2+) ion,showing an excellent selectivity and wide linear range.
