摘要
中国正在快速步入老龄化社会,人口老龄化呈现出数量大、增长速度快的特点。针对这一现状,党的十八大提出要推进社会养老服务体系建设,为机构养老提供了良好的机遇。本文以葫芦岛药王庙镇综合养老社区概念规划为例,通过基地现状分析,发现存在的关键问题,基于可持续发展理念,从以用地适宜性评价为基础进行规划布局、生态环境修复和生态基础设施建设、产业协同发展三个方面提出对策,探求养老园区谋求生态、经济和社会效益最大化的规划途径。
China is rapidly entering the aging society.The population aging showing the characteristics of large in quantity and fast growth.To solve this problem,18 th CPC National Congress put forward the policy of promote elderly care service system construction,which provides good opportunities for senior facilities development.This paper takes the concept plan of comprehensive senior living community in Huludao Yaowangmiao town as an example.Through an analysis of site,this paper summarize key issues,then base on the concept of sustainable development from three aspects of functional distribution built on land suitability evaluation,ecological environment renovation and ecological infrastructure construction,the coordinated development of industry explore a planning approach which can make the communitys ecological economic and social benefits maximization.
