摘要
在保证施工质量和安全的前提下,通过合理确定水平结构模板支撑体系拆除时间,可减少模板和支架的占用,节省施工成本。为对多层模板连续支撑体系的荷载传递规律和拆除方案进行研究,以某住宅工程为依托,通过压力传感器测得了模板支撑立杆荷载随施工过程中的变化;利用ANSYS有限元软件对模板支撑体系拆除前后楼板沉降量变化和混凝土应力分布进行了模拟分析。结合现场监测数据和有限元分析结果,对模板支撑体系拆除时间给出了建议。
In the context of ensuring the construc tion safety and quality,the construction cost and occupation of supports system could be reduced,through the reasonable determine of teardown time of formwork supports system.In order to research the load transfer mechanism and demolishing scheme of multi-storey formwork supports system,the changing curve of axial load of stand barwere monitored through pressure transducer based on a residential project.The change of settlement and stress distribution of the floor after the teardown of formwork supports system were simulation and analyzed by finite element software ANSYS.The suggestions teardown time are given according to the field monitoring data and finite element analysis results.
