摘要
本文描述了一种基于LabWindows的硅PIN阵列探测器检测系统的设计。该设计使用以FPGA和前放ASIC为核心的前端采集电路对硅PIN阵列探测器的信号进行采集和处理,使用RS-485、USB与上位机进行通讯。软件方面采用多线程技术以确保硅阵列探测器的科学数据模块、控制数据模块和状态数据模块同时工作。
This paper describes a silicon array detector test system based on FPGA and LabWindows, which can be controlled on PC. The system uses RS-485, USB interface for data transmission and reception. Furthermore, this design uses multi-thread technology to ensure the scientific data, status data and control commands transfer simultaneously. The Silicon array detection test system works accurately and efficiently.
