电磁搅拌和轻压下对铸坯内部质量的影响及研究

摘要
国内某大型钢铁企业长期困扰于铸坯缩孔、疏松、偏析等质量问题,质量事故频发,严重影响钢材市场竞争力。本课题通过对缩孔、疏松、偏析的形成机理进行研究,并在对该钢铁企业现场连铸工艺进行调查研究后,提出了在合适的位置加入电磁搅拌,同时配合轻压下技术来提高铸坯质量的方案。经过现场实验表明,添加电磁搅拌和轻压下工艺后,铸坯在缩孔、疏松、偏析等方面的质量缺陷得到了良好的改善。
A large domestic steel company have long plagued the shrinkage,osteoporosis,segregation and other quality problems in the slab.The accidents of quality make serious impact on the competitiveness of the steel market.After studying of the formation mechanism of shrinkage,porosity,segregation and conducting research in the field of the steel industry presented that to joining the electromagnetic stirring and soft reduction technology in suitable location to improve casting billet quality.The field experiments showed that after the addition of electromagnetic stirring and soft reduction,the quality defects of shrinkage,porosity,and other aspects of segregation in the slab has been good improvement.
