姑息治疗对肺癌晚期患者生存时间影响的临床观察

摘要
目的:探讨姑息治疗对晚期肺癌患者生存时间的影响。方法:选取我院收治的80例晚期肺癌患者,以简单随机法分为对照组与治疗组各40例,对照组采取对症支持化疗,治疗组采取姑息治疗。对两组患者1年生存率以及存活患者生存期间各项生理指标进行观察对比。结果:治疗组1年生存率明显高于对照组,且治疗组存活患者生活质量、自理能力、营养状况各项评分均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:姑息治疗可有效提高肺癌晚期患者1年生存率,且能充分改善患者生活质量、自理能力以及营养状况,有临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of palliative treatment on the survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:80 patients with advanced lung cancer were divided into control group and treatment group by simple random method.The patients in the control group were treated with symptomatic support chemotherapy and the treatment group was given palliative treatment The 1-year survival rate of the two groups of patients and the survival of patients in the survival of the physiological indicators were observed and compared.Results:The 1-year survival rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the scores of quality of life,self-care ability and nutritional status of the surviving patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Palliative treatment can effectively improve the survival rate of patients with advanced lung cancer,and can fully improve the quality of life,self-care ability and nutritional status,clinical application value.
