一种新型PAI+SPEEK/PAI渗透汽化膜的制备

摘要
使用共挤出法制备PAI+SPEEK/PAI复合渗透汽化膜.其中PAI由于其具有疏松多孔而为复合膜起到支撑层的作用,同时由于添加不同含量的SPEEK与之共混,其力学性能优异而提高了复合膜的机械性能,增强了膜的耐溶胀性以及其亲水性.使用己二异氰酸酯(HMDI)作为交联剂,四氢呋喃(THF)作为溶剂,对PAI进行交联.同时结合接触角测定仪和原子力显微镜(SEM)对渗透汽化膜表面的测定结果,讨论了中空纤维膜的结构;使用XPS、FTIR、XRD、TG等对膜进行了相关表征,探讨了加入不同含量的SPEEK对膜物化性能的影响;在料液温度保持在60℃,汽扫压强保持在0.011MPa左右的情况下,对乙醇/水(85/15wt.%)以及异丙醇/水(85/15wt.%)进行了渗透汽化测试.在文中探讨了不同含量的SPEEK对膜性能的影响,探讨了交联前后对膜性能的影响,探讨了对不同醇类脱水的效果.
Integrally-skinned asymmetric Sulfonated Polyether Ether Ketone(SPEEK) + Polyamide-imide(PAI)/PAI hollow fiber membranes for pervaporation dehydration were fabricated by non-solvent induced phase inversion.SPEEK inside the PAI matrix could be provide membrane mechanical property stability and hydrophilicity,to enhance the membrane resistance to swell.Hexamethylene diisocyanate(HMDI) as crosslinking agent,tetrahydrofuran(THF) as solvent,PAI crosslinking by Hexamethylene diisocyanate(HMDI) enhanced the membrane performance obviously.At the same time,combining with the contact Angle tester and atomic force microscopy(SEM) of pervaporation membrane on the surface of the determination results,discussed the structure of the hollow fiber membrane.Using XPS and FTIR,XRD,TG characterization of the membrane.The effects of different SPEEK/PAI blend ratio,crosslinking conditions on membrane structure and separation performance were investigated.An ethanol/water mixture as feed solution was prepared to test.The feed flow rate was set at 100 L/hr.Nitrogen(N_2) flow of around 0.011 kPa sweeped through the permeate side to carry away the vapor transporting across the membrane from the feed.
