黄河口两种鱼类资源密度不同估算方法的比较

渔业资源密度是评估渔业资源状况的重要指标,估算资源密度使用的数据常来自底拖网调查。受渔业生物在海洋中分布不均匀和调查取样范围有限的影响,渔业资源底拖网调查数据中往往存在影响资源状况评估结果的零值和极大值两种极端值。为降低极端值的影响,本文以黄河口海域矛尾虾虎鱼(Chaemrichthys stigmatias)和短吻红舌鳎(Cynoglossus joyneri)两种鱼类为例,根据2013、2014年间4个季节月的调查数据,将?-分布模型法用于底拖网数据处理,比较基于模型和基于调查设计的两种方法在估算平均资源密度方面的差异,并初步探讨了影响?-分布模型法评估效果因素。结果表明,对于8月和10月的矛尾虾虎鱼调查数据,模型法估计的资源密度值小于设计法的估计值,根据其余6组数据计算的资源密度均为模型法更高,数据量和数据分布特征可能是影响?-分布模型评估结果的重要因素;8组数据计算所得方差模型法均明显低于设计法;极大值和零值对?-分布模型的评估结果有不同的影响。?-分布模型是一个稳健的模型,处理数据波动性更小,估计值具有更高的精确度,是一种适于底拖网数据处理和资源评估的模型。
Fishery resources density is a key indicator for assessing fishery status, and the bottom trawl survey data are commonly used to estimate the resources density. As a result of the uneven-distribution nature of marine organisms, there are always extreme values in the bottom trawl survey data, which may influence the accuracy and precision in estimating resources density.In order to reduce such effect, the ?-distribution model was used to deal with the trawl survey data of Chaemrichthys stigmatias and Cynoglossus joyneri in the Yellow River estuary between 2013 and 2014. As for the survey data of Chaemrichthys stigmatias in August and October, the density estimated from model-based method was lower than that from design-based method; while the densities estimated from model-based method were higher than those from design-based method for other data sets. The quantity and distribution characteristics of survey data might be important factors affecting the assessment results using ?-distribution model. Variance estimated from model-based method were much less than those from design-based method for all the data of the two species in different months. Zeros and maximums showed different effects on the estimation of resources density using ?-distribution model method.
