基于硅酞菁的小分子靶向抗癌光敏剂的合成及性质

摘要
光敏剂是光动力治疗中的关键物质[1]。硅酞菁由于可在其轴向进行修饰,进而减弱了分子之间的聚集行为,成为酞菁类光敏剂的研究热点;同时近年来,光动力治疗与其它治疗方法联合应用取得了较好的效果[2]。本文将小分子靶向药物的活性结构域通过链接单元到具有轴向取代的酞菁硅的母环结构上,并测定其光物理和光化学参数。
Photosensitizer is key material of photodynamic therapy. Due to silicon phthalocyanine can be modified in its axial, and can significantly reduce the aggregation behavior of complexes. Also in recent years, photodynamic therapy in combination with other treatment methods have achieved good results. So in this paper, the small molecular targeted drugs of the active structure has link to silicon phthalocyanine which can replace of its axial groups. And determined it photophysical/photochemical parameters.
