螺旋桨型两亲性刚棒-线团分子的合成及其自组装性质的研究

摘要
近年来,以三苯胺为核心的螺旋桨型分子的研究受到了越来越广泛的关注。由于其在溶液中可自组装成独特的手性纳米螺旋结构,在手性材料的合成,圆偏振发光材料以及生物分子手性鉴别等领域具有广泛的应用前景。为了研究螺旋桨型分子自组装结构,使其能够更广泛的应用于化学和材料学等领域,本文合成了以三苯胺为核心,聚环氧乙烷作为柔性链的刚棒-线团分子。该分子的刚棒与线团分子的界面引入甲基,诱导其分子组装为手性聚集体结构。通过~1H NMR和MALDI-TOF MS对其结构进行了表征。利用CD,DLS,AFM,TEM等对其在溶液中的自组装行为进行了研究。结果表明,该分子在水溶液中自组装成螺旋的纳米环,纤维结构等结构。
Nowadays, self-assembly of propeller-shaped molecules based on a central triphenylamine core have been attracted great attention, due to their structurally unique helical chirality, and application as chiral materials, circularly polarized luminescence materials, and chiral discriminator of biomolecules. We have designed and synthesized propeller-shaped molecules based on a central triphenylamine core and poly(ethylene oxide) as a coil segment. The molecular structures were characterized with ~1H-NMR and MALDI-TOF MS spectroscopy. The self-assembling behavior of the compounds is investigated by means of CD, DLS, AFM and TEM. The experimental results indicate that the molecule can self-assemble into nanoring structure with helical chirality in water.
