几乎所有装置都会使用螺纹紧固件,所以螺纹紧固件联接技术是确保机械系统可靠性的最重要技术之一。正确的螺纹联接设计是确保可靠联接的基础,为此,必须对作用在螺纹紧固件上的各种应力进行分析;选择合适的装配技术,可以得到稳定、可靠的轴向预紧力;正确的螺纹紧固件的设计,可保证可靠地使用螺纹紧固件,同时消减螺纹紧固件的品种。
Almost all devices are using threaded fasteners,thus threaded fastenerjoint technology is one of the most important technology to ensure the reliability of mechanical system.The proper design of threaded joints is the basic guarantee of reliable connection.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the various types of stress loaded on the threaded fasteners.Selecting the appropriate assembly technology can obtain stable and reliable axial preload.The proper design can ensure the reliable use of threaded fasteners,while reduce the species ofthreaded fasteners.
