血液科住院患者输血护理风险管理对输血不良事件影响

摘要
目的探讨血液科住院患者输血护理风险管理应用效果及影响输血不良事件发生危险因素。方法选取2015年3月~2015年12月我院血液科住院输血患者300名为研究对象,按照患者入院时间随机分为研究组(180例)和对照组(120例),分别采用输血护理风险管理和常规护理,比较两组患者输血差错、不良反应发生率及患者护理满意度,并对出现输血不良事件患者进行分析,探讨影响输血不良事件发生危险因素。结果研究组患者输血差错发生率(0.00%)低于对照组(0.83%),但比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者输血不良反应发生率(1.11%)低于对照组(7.50%),比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度(95.00%)显著高于对照组(86.67%)护理满意度,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液科住院输血患者采用护理风险管理可降低输血不良事件发生率,影响输血不良事件发生危险因素包括临床因素和患者因素,提高护理质量和护理责任心可降低不良事件发生。
