摘要
目的:观察全面生化反应和血清学检验在肠热病患者沙门菌检验中的应用价值。方法:选取从2015年3月到2016年3月人民医院收治的临床考虑沙门菌感染的肠热病患者共120例作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各纳入患者60例,对照组采用常规方法检验,观察组采用全面生化反应和血清学检测。比较两种检测方法的检验有效率。结果:观察组患者的检验有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组患者的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于沙门菌的临床检验来讲,全面生化反应和血清学检测具有更高的检验有效率,临床意义重大,值得推广。
Objective:to observe the biochemical and serological test in patients with intestinal fever salmonella test,the application of value.Selection Methods:from March 2015 to March 2016,our hospital the clinical thinking of salmonella infection of a total of 120 patients with intestinal fever as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group included patients with 60 cases,control group using conventional methods,observation group adopts comprehensive biochemical and serological detection.Comparing two kinds of detection method of testing efficiency.Results:the observation group of patients with inspection effective rate was 95.0%,significantly higher than the control group 76.7%of the patients,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:for salmonella clinical test,biochemistry and serological detection has higher test effectiveness,clinical significance,is worth promoting.
