摘要
目的:分析吸烟对男性精神分裂症患者喹硫平血药浓度、疗效的影响。方法:纳入63例男性精神分裂症患者,吸烟组33例,非吸烟组30例。患者口服喹硫平片治疗8周,根据疗效和耐受性调整剂量。治疗4、8周末分析两组患者的血药浓度、疗效及副作用。结果:吸烟和非吸烟组的喹硫平血药浓度、疗效和副作用无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:吸烟对男性精神分裂症患者的喹硫平血药浓度、疗效无明显影响。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of cigarette smoking on quetiapine plasma concentration and therapeutic efficacy in male patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Sixty-three male patients with schizophrenia were collected,which include 33 smokers and30 non-smokers.The two groups were treated openly for 8 weeks with quetiapine,the dose was adjusted according to clinical improvement and tolerance.The plasma quetiapine concentrations,therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reactions were observed after the 4-week treatment period,and at the end of the 8 weeks of the treatment.Results:There was no statistical significance in the plasma concentration,therapeutic efficacy and the frequency of adverse effects between smoking group and non-smoking group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Smoking habit had no discernible effect on plasma quetiapine concentration and therapeutic efficacy in male patients with schizophrenia.
