摘要
目的:对2013年我院喹硫平血药浓度日常检测及药师干预方式进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2013年喹硫平血药浓度结果按照剂量和浓度等采用表格进行总结分析,并举例分析药师对血药浓度异常值的干预方法。结果:随着剂量的增加,浓度的升高越来越不明显,年龄较大者其血药浓度也较高,性别不影响喹硫平的血药浓度,药师对检测异常值干预能够使药物使用更为合理。结论:通过定期分析血药浓度和药师干预方式能够使药物的使用更趋合理,但同时药师要不断提高自身素质。
OBJECTIVE:To analyse daily monitoring for blood concentration of Quetiapine of our hospital in 2013 as wellas the pharmacists intervention method,upon which can provide reference for rational use of drugs.METHODS:Using a dose andconcentration based table to analysis the results of the blood concentration of Quetiapine of our hospital in 2013,and listed an exampleto analysis pharmacists intervention method on abnormal value of the blood concentration.RESULTS:With the increase of dose,con-centration increasingly less distinct,the older people their blood concentration are much higher,and the sex does not affect the bloodconcentration of Quetiapine,pharmacists intervention on monitoring outliers can reach more rational use of drugs.CONCLUSIONS:Through regular analysis of blood concentration and pharmacists intervention can make the use of drugs tend to be more rational,butmeanwhile,the pharmacists should constantly improve their own career quality.
