摘要
我国工业发展潜力大,大型桥式起重机作为应用范围最广的起重运输机械,作用于不同领域的各类车间、仓库,在室内或露天固定跨间作装卸、搬运及起重工作。它是所有大型工厂室内物流系统必不可少的运输机械设备。本文叙述桥式起重机在进行转炉补炉沙加料操作时所发生的现象以及造成的不同后果,从废钢料槽前端进沙、中段进沙、后端进沙,这三种不同的操作方法进行有效对比分析,针对桥式起重机所在进行补炉沙入炉操作时所产生的的问题提出了处理措施,并对目前宝钢二炼钢175t行车进行了操作整改,现今效果良好。
China's industrial development potential is big,big bridge crane as the most widely application scope lifting transportation machinery,applied to different areas of the various workshops,warehouses,in indoor or outdoor fixed across intercropping loading and unloading,handling and lifting work.It is an essential part of all large factory indoor logistics system transport machinery equipment.This paper bridge crane for for converter fettling shaka procedures as well as the different consequences of what happened to the front end into the sand,steel scrap groove in the middle,back end into the sand into the sand,the three kinds of different operation methods for effective analysis,in view of the bridge crane is generated when the sand to the furnace charging operation treatment measures have been proposed,and the no.2 steel-making plant of baosteel 175 t crane operation improvement,now the result is good.
