改性Mo_2C/MCM-41的制备及其催化二氧化碳加氢反应性能

摘要
二氧化碳加氢制甲醇是实现其化学转化和综合利用的重要途径,催化剂的研制是实现这一转化过程的技术关键~([1])。本文以介孔MCM-41分子筛为载体,采用程序升温碳化法制备了担载20 wt.%Mo_2C的担载型催化剂Mo_2C/M41,并分别采用机械混合法和共浸渍法制备了MgO和Cu改性的MgO-Mo_2C/M41和Cu-Mo_2C/M41催化剂。由于具有弱碱性的MgO可以有效地吸附并活化二氧化碳,因此MgO-Mo_2C/M41显著地提高了二氧化碳加氢反应的催化活性,但是甲醇的选择性提高幅度不大。由于Cu可以促进H_2活化并溢流到Mo_2C表面,与Mo_2C上活化的CO_2作用生成HOCO并异构化成HCOO中间体,再进一步加氢生成甲醇,因此Cu-Mo_2C/M41催化剂同时提高了二氧化碳的转化率和甲醇的选择性。
Supported molybdenum carbide catalyst Mo_2C/M41,modified MgO-Mo_2C/M41 and Cu-Mo_2C/M41 catalysts were prepared by mechanical mixture with MgO and promoted by Cu co-impregnation method,respectively.Both modified catalysts showed improved catalytic performance in the hydrogenation of carbon dioxide to methanol.Increased activety and selectivity to methanol over the Cu-Mo_2C/M41 have been obtained due to stronger synergistic effect between Cu and Mo_2C on the catalyst surface.
