碳纳米管冷阴极结构仿真研究

摘要
基于碳纳米管冷阴极三级结构,用CST粒子软件进行模拟仿真。在同一种栅网结构下,不同的发射体大小,栅网对阴极发射电流的截获率不同。根据栅网的截获率,找到最佳发射体,从而达到降低栅网发热的效果。根据发射体与栅网的最佳关系,同步改变发射体和栅网的大小,获得较大的阴极发射电流。
Carbon nanotube cold cathodes are simulated by CST particle simulation software. In the same kind of grid, different emitter's size will affect the rate of interception of the cathode emission current by the grid. According to the rate of interception, most suitable emitter's size is found,so it have a powerful effect to reduce the heat of the grid. According to the best relationship between the emitter and the grid, the size of the emitter and the corresponding grid are changed, and the cathode emission current is obtained
