摇摆条件下过渡区换热特性研究

摘要
本文对摇摆条件下过渡区的单相流动换热特性进行了实验研究。实验段入口温度和压力分别为30℃和0.4 Mpa,不同雷诺数下保持平均出口温度分别为50℃、60℃、70℃和80℃。实验结果表明,随着摇摆条件下回路流量的波动,层流区平均努塞尔数有所减小,而过渡区平均努塞尔数系数则增大,且随摇摆频率和摇摆振幅越大,该趋势更加越明显。紊流工况下,由于流量波动较小,平均努塞尔数与稳态工况基本一致。通过分析发现,流动在过渡区附近出现的跨区现象、过渡区内努塞尔数随雷诺数的变化规律、流动加减速和进出口温差对转捩雷诺数的影响是平均努塞尔数发生变化的原因。
An experimental study was conducted in a heated rectangular channel on a rolling platform to investigate heat transfer in laminar-turbulent transition regime under rolling motion.The experiments were conducted for average outlet temperatures of 50 ℃,60℃,70 ℃ and 80 ℃ and inlet temperature of 30 ℃ and a system pressure of 0.4 Mpa remained unchanged.The results show that the average Nusselt number is a little smaller in the laminar region but higher in the transitional region than that of the steady flow under the same average Reynold number.Being the same trend with relative flow rate fluctuation,larger increment of frictional resistance was observed under higher rolling frequency and amplitude.Two main reasons were found and analyzed for the enhancement of heat transfer.They are cross region phenomenon,variation of Nusselt number with Reynolds number in transition region and effects of acceleration and outlet temperature on critical Reynolds number.
