指挥与控制系统体系结构能力指标模型构建方法研究

摘要
为了更好地从能力视角对指挥与控制系统体系结构进行评估,本文首先给出了体系结构基本模型和体系结构能力分类;其次通过建立任务元模型、资源元模型和控制元模型,确定了群体性活动过程分解流程,给出了体系结构能力需求列表、能力列表和能力优先级列表的获取过程;最后基于能力列表和能力优先级列表,提出了能力指标获取和指标模型构建的方法,并通过消防指挥与控制系统体系结构能力指标模型的构建验证了理论、模型和方法的可行性与正确性。
This article is designed to provide a new approach to better evaluating the underlying architecture of the command and control system from the perspective of its capability. To achieve this goal, this article first elaborates the basic model and the classification of the capability system architecture. Then, by establishing the task metamodel, resource metamodel, and control metamodel, the decomposition process of social activity is identified and meantime, the process of procuring the demand list, capability list and capability priority list is revealed.Based on the aforementioned capability list and capability priority list, this article consequently puts forward an approach to acquiring the capability index and constructing the capability index, whose feasibility and correctness can be testified by the construction of the capability index model of the fire command and control system architecture.
