煤基活性炭的制备及在双电层电容器中的应用研究

摘要
褐煤为原料,利用化学活化法制备高比表面积活性炭并用于双电层电容器电极。系统考察了炭化温度,活化温度,活化比例对活性炭孔隙结构及电化学性能的影响,综合运用SEM、XRD及氮气吸附表征所得活性炭的表面性质和孔结构。通过恒流充放电测试活性炭电极的电化学性能。结果表明,在炭化温度为500℃,活化温度为800℃和活化时间为4 h的条件下制备的活性炭比表面积达到2452 m~2 g~(-1),总孔容为1.41 cm~3g~(-1),在6 mol L~(-1) KOH电解液中比电容为213.33 F g~(-1),并表现出良好的电化学性能。
High specific surface area activated carbons(ACs) were prepared from lignite by carbonization-activation method,and were used as electrodes in electric double layer capacitors(EDLC).The effects of carbonization temperature,activation temperature and activation ratio on pore structure and electrochemical performance of ACs were investigated systematically.The SEM,XRD and N_2 adsorption were used to characterize the surface properties and pore structure of ACs.The electrochemical performance of electrode materials was tested by constant current charge-discharge.The best condition of preparing AC with specific surface area of 2452 m~2 g~(-1) and total pore volume of 1.41 cm~3 g~(-1) is carbonization temperature of 700 ℃,activation temperature of 800 ℃ and activation ratio of 4.0.The specific capacitance of the electrode reached 213.33 F g~(-1) and it showed good electrochemical characteristics.
