摘要
本文针对我国的百万兆瓦级的压水堆核电厂的退役策略展开了研究,调研了国际上核电厂的退役策略,分析了国际核电厂退役策略选择的发展形势,论证了适合我国核电厂的退役策略;结合我国国情和核电发展形势,客观分析了我国核电厂退役策略选择的关键要素,对退役策略选择和退役路线制定的影响因素进行了研究,通过关键要素整合的方法,得出了退役影响因素的四大评价指标,并提出了退役评价量化模型。最后,结合我国已实施的反应堆退役工程,提出了适合我国核电厂退役的经验和建议。
For the study for decommissioning strategies of million megawatt Pressurized Water Reactor(PWR) in China,international decommissioning strategies of nuclear power stations were investigated and analysed,as well as the developing trend of strategy choice.What's more,key issues for how to choose the correct decommissioning strategy were objectively analyzed based on China's national situation and development trend of nuclear power.Furthermore,influencing factors of both decommissioning strategies choice and decommissioning technical route are studied.By the method of key issues integration,four main evaluation parameters were got,as well as the quantitive evaluation model.Finally,some useful suggestions and experiences for decommissioning of nuclear power stations are summarized based on some successful decommissioning projects in China.
