消除吸嘴干扰的视觉对中算法研究

摘要
针对贴片机芯片视觉对中过程中出现的吸嘴干扰,提出了3种算法进行消除。3种算法分别是:基于多边形逼近的算法、基于临近点筛选的算法和基于直线拟合的算法。应用结果表明,3种算法能消除多种情形下的吸嘴干扰,有效提高芯片识别的准确性和稳定性。
Three vision centering algorithms for interference elimination of a nozzle were presented. And these three algorithms are based on the polygonal approximation, filtering nearest neighbor points and best-line fitting. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithms perform well on interference elimination of a nozzle. They can effectively improve the precision of centering vision recognition and reliability.
