摘要
目的:分析研讨小切口非超声乳化白内障联合青光眼的围手术期护理状况。方法:从2014年3月至2015年12月期间我院所有收治的小切口非超声乳化白内障联合青光眼围手术期患者内,采用随机抽签方式选取56例患者纳入到研讨中,再依据随机抽签方式,将56例患者分成28例对照组(常规性护理)和28例研究组(特殊护理),最终将两组患者护理状况进行对比研讨。结果:对比两组患者治疗护理前散光度数、眼压、视力状况,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比治疗护理后散光度数、眼压、视力状况,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床可给予小切口非超声乳化白内障联合青光眼围手术期患者特殊性护理,提升术后视力、散光度数,以及眼压,应用推广价值较大。
Objective:to analyze the perioperative nursing of patients with small incision non phacoemulsification cataract combined with glaucoma.Methods:during the period from December to March 2014 to 2015 all from our hospital of small incision non ultrasonic emulsification cataract combined with glaucoma during perioperative patients in the random draw selected 56 cases were included in to study,again according to the random draw,the 56 cases of patients were divided into 28 cases of the control group(routine nursing) and 28 cases of the study group(special care) will eventually contrast research situation of two groups of patient care.Results:comparison of two groups of patients before treatment astigmatism,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,the difference between the two groups no significant(P > 0.05):contrast treatment and nursing,astigmatism,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical application of small incision non phacoemulsification cataract combined with glaucoma surgery in patients with special care,enhance the postoperative visual acuity,astigmatism,and intraocular pressure,the value of the application of a larger.
