摘要
本文基于试验场道路谱,采用半解析法,获取汽车底盘零部件内部载荷,通过道路损伤灵敏度分析及损伤等效原则确定关键寿命试验的载荷激励。本文以某轿车控制臂、转向节疲劳分析验证了该技术的工程实用性。
Base on RLDA at proving ground,the internal load of chassis components are obtained with semi-analytical method.After case damage sensitivity analysis,the excitations are obtained for KLT with damage equivalent principle.The paper validated engineering practicability of the technology through LCA and Knuckle fatigue analysis of a car.
