不同印刷食品包装纸溶剂残留量及与存放时间相关性研究

摘要
采用顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用法对不同印刷方式(凹印、胶印、丝印和柔印)的食品包装纸中20种溶剂残留量进行了测定,分析了不同印刷方式食品包装纸中溶剂残留的差异及其随时间变化的规律。在优化的实验条件下,方法线性关系良好,20种溶剂相关系数均大于0.998,检出限在0.003~0.535 mg/m~2之间,回收率在84.8%~108.9%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.0%~5.1%之间。结果表明,采用凹印方式生产的食品包装纸溶剂残留总量远大于胶印、丝印和柔印的包装纸,且溶剂残留总量随存放时间的增加呈减小的趋势,前3天减小幅度较大。胶印、丝印和柔印的包装纸溶剂残留风险较低,印刷3天后可投入使用:对于采用凹印方式生产的产品,选择性地使用乙醇、乙酸乙酯等易挥发、低毒低污染溶剂,是提高凹印食品包装纸使用安全的有效途径。
A headspace gas chromatography/mass spectrometric(HS/GC-MS) method was used for the determination 20 solvent residues in food packing papers with different printing methods(gravure printing,offset printing,silk printing,and flexo printing).Under the optimized conditions,the linear calibration curves were obtained with correlation coefficients of more than 0.998 for twenty solvents.The detection limits were in the range of 0.003-0.535 mg/m~2.The recoveries were 84.8%-108.9%,and the RSD(n= 5) were1.0%-5.1%.Based on results,the solvent residues in gravure printing papers were much larger than other printing methods papers,and had a large decreasing in three days.A lower risk of solvent residues in food packing papers with offset,silk and flexo printing methods were found,and the product would be used after three days.The results showed that it was an effective way by using ethanol,ethyl acetate and other solvent that had the properties of easy volatile,low toxicity and low pollution to ensure the safety of the food packing paper with gravure printing method.
