基于ANSYS波纹管膨胀节失稳分析

摘要
本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对波纹管膨胀节进行了应力分析和非线性稳定分析,并与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,有限元分析可为波纹管膨胀节失稳压力设计计算提供可靠依据。
In this paper, the stress analysis and non-linear stability analysis of bellows expansion joints are carried out by finite element analysis software(ANSYS), and the results are compared with the experimental results. The results show that, FEM analysis can provide reliable basis for the instability pressure design and calculation of bellows expansion joints
