摘要
本文选取天津五大道历史街区内现存的两座历史性公园——睦南公园和民园体育场——为案例,探讨并尝试评析20世纪末、21世纪初天津对历史公园改造的相关理念。首先梳理两座公园的发展变迁历程,解读其历史景观意义,剖析历次改造提升工程的规划设计意图。通过调查问卷、网络评论、深度访谈等多种方法,获取同公园改造后使用情况和游园者感知的相关信息,探究历史公园改造尚存在的问题,以为今后历史公园的保护和发展提供参考。
This paper selects two existing historic parks in Tianjin's Wudadao historic district as cases,i.e.Munan Park and Minvuan Stadium-.It attempts to analysis and further evaluates the renewal concepts for historical parks during the late 20~(th) and early 21~(st) centuries.Flu research investigates the historical developments and transformations of the two parks,interprets their historical Landscape significance,and analyzes the various purposes of previous Renewal Plans.Through questionnaires,online reviews,in-depth interviews and other methods,the research uncovers park —goers' activities and perceptions upon park renewals.It identifies the problems of the history parks after renovations.so as to provide some reference for future preservation and development of historical parks.

(2)五大地道区拥有20世纪二三十年代建成的具有不同国家建筑风格的花园式房屋2000多所,建筑面积达到100多万平方米。其中最具典型的300余幢风貌建筑中,英式建筑89所、意式建筑41所、法式建筑6所、德式建筑4所、西班牙建筑3所,还有众多的文艺复兴式建筑、古典主义建筑,折中主义建筑、巴洛克式建筑、庭院式建筑以及中西合璧式建筑等,被称为万国建筑博览苑。
