IEC技术报告《电工钢带(片)反复弯曲试验方法》草案的编制

摘要
反复弯曲试验是电工钢产品的常规检测项目,国际上标准的检测方法有两种方式,一个是基于ISO7799,另一个是基于ASTM A720和JIS C2550。两种方式在试验装置和具体技术内容方面有不同的要求,检测结果也有差异。2015年IEC\TC68技术委员会同意由笔者代表中国起草一份技术报告作为国际标准化文件,对电工钢带(片)反复弯曲试验方法的相关问题进行梳理和分析,现已完成草案的编制,并已正式提交IEC\TC68技术委员会征询意见。本文介绍该草案的相关内容。
The reverse bend is a common test project for electrical steel,there are two modes used in industry world wide,one is based on ISO 7799,another is based on ASTM A720 and JIS C2550.These two standard modes have different requirements on testing device and technical content,and the results are evident different.The author presented China in IEC\TC68 had been agreed to prepare a draft technical report as an international standard document,to summarize and analysis the problems of the reverse bend method of electrical steel.The draft as a formal document has been submitted to IEC\TC68 for inquiring the suggestions from other experts.This paper introduced the main content of the draft.
