功能翻译理论视角下的标牌翻译思考——以北京奥运会场馆法语标牌译文为例

摘要
作为社会成员间交流思想,传递情感的纽带,语言是人类最重要的交际工具,而作为信息标识,不规范的语言不仅会影响其信息功能的发挥,造成一定的交际和沟通方面的障碍,还会影响其城市形象与国家软实力的发挥。本文以奥运场馆标牌法语翻译的问题为例,从功能翻译理论的视角分析其在跨文化交际中的语用失误,总结归类法语译文中出现的几大问题,进而揭示在标识翻译中应遵循的原则与标准,提出更正后的参考译文。
Language is the most important communication tool for mankind and serves as the bridge between social members to exchange ideas and convey emotions. However, as the cultural information sign, the non-standard language will not only weaken its role in conveying information, but also affect the city's image and our national soft power. The article below will see through the translation problems of French signs inside Beijing Olympic gyms and analysis the errors shown in view of inter-cultural communication from the perspective of Functional Translation Theory. By doing so, this article will summarize the major problems of French translation, point out the principles that should be followed during the sign translation. And then the writer will provide the corrected translation that may be used for reference.
