工程造价咨询企业的服务对象除了来自于社会各个行业的项目投资方、项目业主外,也有使用国有资金的政府部门、建设平台、国有企业等等。随着改革开放和经济建设的逐步深入和行业分工的逐渐细化,造价咨询的服务范围正在随之不断扩大,更随着服务对象的不同而逐渐延伸。经济发展带来的不光是收入的增长,业务的推动,也带来了更为激烈的竞争,如何使得造价咨询企业在生存和发展中不断前行,适应发展,这是一个重要的课题,今天我们主要就工程造价咨询企业及其人员在新形势下如何开展政府投资项目相关业务进行探讨。
