摘要
目的:分析研究优质护理干预对前列腺癌患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:随机选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月接受治疗的42例前列腺癌患者为研究对象,等量分为对照组和观察组,对照组21例患者进行常规护理干预,观察组21例患者在常规的护理干预的基础上进行优质护理干预,对比两组患者护理干预后的负性情绪、尿失禁发生率及尿失禁持续时间。对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果:观察组的焦虑,睡眠障碍及绝望感方面的评分明显低于对照组,差异显著(p<0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组的尿失禁持续时间明显短于对照组,差异显著(p小于0.05),具有统计学意义;观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:优质护理干预可以有效改善前列腺癌患者负性情绪及生活质量,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective: To study the impact of quality of nursing intervention on patients with prostate cancer and quality of negative emotions of life. Methods: in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 treated 42 cases of prostate cancer patients for the study, equal amounts into control group and observation group and control group, 21 patients underwent routine nursing intervention, the observation group 21 intervention patients received quality care on the basis of conventional nursing interventions on patient care compared two groups after the intervention of negative emotions, the incidence of urinary incontinence and urinary incontinence duration. Compared two groups of patient care satisfaction. Results: The anxiety, sleep disorders and hopelessness aspects scores weresignificantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant(p <0.05), with statistical significance; incontinence duration of the observation group was significantly shorter than the controlgroup, the difference was significant( p less than 0.05), with statistical significance; observation group care satisfaction than the control group, the difference was significant(P <0.05), with statisticalsignificance. Conclusion: Quality Nursing intervention can effectively improve mood and quality of life in patients with negative prostate cancer, should be promoted in clinical care applications.
