制备热历程对GH4742合金涡轮盘组织性能的影响

摘要
GH4742合金组织性能对制备热历程高度敏感,其他工艺条件一定的情况下,标准热处理状态合金的力学性能由塑性变形温度与固溶处理冷却速度两个高度耦合的工艺参数共同决定。在特定的固溶处理冷却条件下,在大角度奥氏体晶界处γ′相能够以不连续沉淀机制析出,从而使微观组织形态发生重大改变并对力学性能产生影响,因此为了在大尺寸涡轮盘锻件上获得均匀的组织性能需要对上述两个制备工艺参数进行高精度的定量控制。
Microstructures and mechanical properties of GH4742 alloy are closely related to prior thermal history in hot working and heat treatment process.Mechanical properties of as heat treated disc forgings depend on the two highly coupled parameters,i.e.deformation temperature and cooling rate from solutioning temperature,while other processing parameters are fixed.Under certain cooling conditions,γ' phase can discontinuously precipitate at high angle austenite grain boundaries,and the occurrence of this mechanism will greatly modify the morphologies and properties.Therefore,in order to receive an uniform distribution of microstructure and mechanical properties on large scale disc forgings,deformation temperature and cooling rate from solutioning temperature must be carefully customized.
