含三苯胺单元共轭炔基咔唑类化合物的合成及其荧光识别性能研究

摘要
近年来,对有机过氧化物的检测研究越来越得到人们的重视。本工作设计和合成了两种以9,9、-亚丁基咔唑为母核,三苯胺为侧臂,乙炔基为桥联基团的共轭荧光分子9,9′-(1,4-亚丁基)-二(3-三苯胺乙炔基)咔唑(DTPADCzBu)及9,9′-(1,4-亚丁基)-二(3,6-二(三苯胺乙炔基))咔唑(QTPADCzBuCz)。通过Stem-Volmer猝灭试验发现,过氧化苯甲酰对所设计合成的目标荧光分子有不同程度的荧光猝灭。其中,8 mM BPO对DTPADCzBu和QTPADCzBuCz的猝灭效率分别为30.57%和43.08%,各自的Stern-Volmer猝灭常数K_(SV)分别为54.63 M~(-1)和95.69M~(-1)。结果表明,含三苯胺单元的咔唑枝状化合物对过氧化苯甲酰有一定的荧光识别性能,并且侧臂的数目对其性能有很大的影响。
Two fluorescent probes based on carbazole and triphenylamine DTPADCzBu and QTPADCzBu were designed and synthesized.Through the Stern-Volmer measurement,fluorescence quenching by benzoyl peroxide were observed and recorded.As a results,the quenching efficiency for 8 mM BPO of DTPADCzBu and QTPADCzBu was 30.57%and 43.08%,respectively.On the other hand,the apparent quenching constant K_(SV) for BPO of DTPADCzBu and QTPADCzBu was 54.63 M~(-1) and 95.69 M~(-1),respectively.This study indicated that fluorescent probes based on carbazole and triphenylamine showed some fluorescence recognition performance against benzoyl peroxide.
