减振器阻尼力及温度关系研究

摘要
本文主要通过减振器温度特性试验,研究减振器阻尼力与温度之间的关系。根据国外对减振器阀系方面的研究,对减振器进行升温循环次数分析;通过减振器设计标准验证减振器阻尼是否设计合理;在进行阻尼力-温度特性分析的同时,对不同油品减振器进行对比,得出油品对减振器温度特性影响较小,不同种类减振器呈现出差异较明显的温度特性,减振器结构对减振器温度特性影响较大。通过计算得出每款减振器的热衰减率变化量,并得出一般减振器热衰减率变化要求。
This paper mainly studies the relationship between damping force and temperature of shock absorber through the temperature characteristic test.According to the foreign study on the shock absorber valve,analysis of shock absorber temperature cycles.Through the shock absorber design standard validation damper is reasonable design.Through analysis of damper and temperature characteristics,the different oil of shock absorber were compared.It is concluded that the oil has little influence on the temperature characteristics of the shock absorber,different kinds of shock absorber shows obvious differences,and damper structure shows greater impact.Abtain the general request of thermal attenuation rate,through the calculation of each dampers.
