仙客来花粉生活力的测定及其贮藏性的研究

摘要
本实验以4个品种的仙客来为实验材料,采用TTC染色法和离体培养法对其花粉生活力进行了测定。结果表明:不同开花状态的仙客来花粉生活力存在显著差距,花蕾刚展开时花粉活力最高;不同贮藏温度下的花粉生活力也存在显著差异,-80℃贮藏效果最好;仙客来花粉活力随着时间的增长缓慢下降,60天后,花粉活力急剧下降,90天后,花粉大部分接近失活。不同品种的仙客来花粉生活力不同,‘黄花'花粉生活力最高,‘白仙'‘猩红'‘皱黄'3个品种花粉活力依次较低。
The pollen vitality of four varieties of Cyclamen were determined by TTC staining method and in vitro pollen germination method.The results indicated that different flowering status had important effect on the pollen vitality,period of bud just started had the highest pollen vitality;There was significant difference in different storage temperature,and-80℃ was the best storage temperature;Vitality of Cyclamen pollen was low down as time grows,pollen vitality sharply declined after 60 days,most of the pollen was close to inactivation after 90 days.The pollen vitality of different culture varieties was different,the pollen of the ' Yellow flower' had the highest viability,and ' Bai xian',' Scarlet',' Wrinkled yellow' pollen viability decreased gradually.
