一种盐酸酸化缓蚀剂对13Cr不锈钢的缓蚀性能

摘要
通过静态失重法和电化学极化技术,研究了一种以曼尼希碱为主剂的缓蚀剂,就其在15%盐酸中对13Cr不锈钢的缓蚀性能进行了探讨,并初步讨论了该缓蚀剂在盐酸体系中对13Cr不锈钢的缓蚀机理。结果表明,该高温缓蚀剂在盐酸体系中对13Cr不锈钢有着良好的缓蚀作用。缓蚀剂能有效地抑制13Cr不锈钢在盐酸中的阳极和阴极过程,属于混合抑制型缓蚀剂。
The inhibition of Mannich base inhibitors upon 15%hydrochloric acid corrosion of 13 Cr stainless steel has been studied using gravimetric methods.High activity has been found for all the three Mannich base inhibitors studied in15%hydrochloric acid.And the highest activity was catched for the inhibitor C.The corrosion inhibition mechanism of Mannich base inhibitors studied upon 5%hydrochloric acid corrosion of 13 Cr stainless steel was discussed by potentiodynamic polarization.The inhibitors changed both cathode and anode reaction mechanisms,and can be considered as mixed type inhibitors.
