维钛网修补颅骨缺损患者围手术期护理体会

摘要
目的探讨塑型二维钛网修补颅骨缺损患者围手术期的护理方法,以利于患者康复。方法对102例预行塑型二维钛网修补颅骨缺损的患者进行有效的围手术期间护理干预,做好术前皮肤准备、健康教育,术中及术后精心护理,严密监测患者的生命体征,做好并发症的护理。结果 102例患者均痊愈出院,其中5例焦虑情绪明显,经精心护理好转,4例术后出现皮下积液,经穿刺吸液加压包扎后治愈。术后无感染和修补材料下陷等并发症,患者对术后头颅外观及护理措施满意度较高。结论有效的护理措施可提高塑型二维钛网修补颅骨缺损患者的治愈率,减少术后并发症,值得在临床上应用推广。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing approachs of two-dimensional shaping titanium mesh in the repair of skull defect patients, in order to facilitate the rehabilitationof patients.Methods In 102 cases of two-dimensional titanium mesh cranioplasty with effective nursing intervention during surgery, preoperative skin preparation, health education, postoperativenursing, close monitoring of the vital signs of the patients, nursing complications. Results 102 patients were cured, 5 cases of obvious anxiety, through careful nursing care improved, 4 cases ofpostoperative subcutaneous effusion, the aspiration pressure dressing after cure. No postoperative complications such as infection and repair materials in appearance of patients, postoperative cranialand nursing satisfaction. Condusion The effective nursing measures can improve the two-dimensional shaping titanium mesh cranioplasty with cure rate, reduce the postoperative complications, worthy of clinical application.
