摘要
汽车前照灯检测是国家强制性汽车检测的重要内容,是车辆夜间行车的安全保证。本文深入探索研究商用车前照灯在线检测调整过程中停车偏差对检测精度的影响,提出了实施车身摆正误差补偿的技术方法,进一步优化前照灯配光在线检测工艺。经验证,前照灯检测时使用该技术,提高了车辆前照灯光束照射角度检测精度,有效地指导在线调整,下线车辆前照灯的装调质量得到提升。
Automobile headlamps detection is an important content of national mandatory auto detection,night driving safety ensure vehicles.This article explore the commercial vehicle headlamps parking on- line detection in the process of adjusting deviation affect accuracy,Puts forward a method to implement body straighten error compensation technology,to further optimize the headlamps with online inspection technology.Verified,headlamps detection using the technology,improved the precision of vehicle headlamps light ray angle detection,effectively guide online adjustment,logoff vehicle headlamps with adjustable quality improved.
