油气管道横向穿越滑坡受力特征分析及防治措施

摘要
以某管道横向穿越滑坡的工程实例为载体,采用理论计算和数值模拟方法对比分析了油气管道横穿滑坡时的受力和变形特征,分析结果表明管道扰度在跨中处达到最大值,管道轴向应力和Mises应力为两端大中间小,得出管道横向穿越滑坡时两端和跨中处截面最容易发生应力破坏,特别是两端处应加强防护,并据此提出了针对性的防治措施。
Taking an engineering example of oil-gas pipeline traversing landslide crosswise, making the analysis of the pipeline Stress and deformation characteristic combined with theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, the analysis results show that the pipeline deformation reaches a maximum at mid-span of the pipeline, the axial stress and Mises stress both be bigger at the ends than the center, then conclude that the section of both ends and mid-span are most easily subjected to damaged, especially the both ends should be strengthened, finally put forward some targeted protection measures based on the analysis results.
