摘要
<正>由于工业有机染料价廉,稳定,染色效果好等特点,导致一些不法分子将这些染料添加于动物饲料之中,而谋取不正当利益。如为了改变家禽动物蛋黄颜色而在饲料中添加苏丹红,将孔雀石绿等添加于鱼类饲料等。由于其非法使用从而造成一定的食品安全隐患[1],因此建立能够同时检测饲料中染料的高效快速的分析方法具有重要的现实意义。本文基于超高效液相色谱串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)和超临界液相色谱串联质谱(UHSFC-MS/MS)分别开发了检测饲料中4类8种
