碳纳米点含量对复合纤维性能的影响

摘要
碳纳米点(Carbon nano Dots)又称碳点(CDs),是一种新发现的碳纳米材料,粒径一般小于10nm,形状呈准球形。碳纳米点光稳定性好,并且无毒,具有荧光发射性、易于表面功能化等性能,因此它在许多方面具有诱人的应用前景。我们以AEAPMS和柠檬酸为原料,使用一步热解法制备得到表面经过修饰的硅烷碳纳米点(Si CD);通过溶胶凝胶法和溶液静电纺丝法,制备Si CD/有机改性二氧化硅复合纤维及纤维膜。我们对复合纤维性能进行测试,研究碳纳米点含量对复合纤维性能的影响。结果发现,碳点含量对Si CD/有机改性二氧化硅复合纤维的荧光性能有影响。在波长相同的激发光下,碳点含量在1wt%到10wt%范围内时,碳点含量越高的纤维荧光强度越高。另外,不同复合纤维的荧光峰值都处于430nm左右的位置。碳点复合纤维膜具有优异的超疏水性能,测试发现碳点含量为1wt%和10%的复合纤维膜的亲水角分别为151°±2°和163°±2°。实验结果发现,碳纳米点含量对复合纤维性能的影响体现在多个方面,为碳点复合功能纤维的制备及实际应用提供参考。
Carbon nanodots(CDs) are a newly discovered carbon nanomaterial. CDs are a quasi-spherical nanoparticles with the diameter of 10 nm and have many excellent properties, such as light stability, fluorescence emission, easy to achieve surface functionalization, and etc. So CDs have attractive prospect in manyfields. In experiments, Organosilane-Functionalized Carbon nanodots(Si CDs) were synthesized by one-step pyrolysis method with the raw materials of citric acid and N-(β-aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl methyldimethoxy silane(AEAPMS). Si CDs/organic modification of Si O_2 composite fibers were prepared by the way of sol-gel method and electrospinning. The results show that: under the same excitation wavelength, the fluorescence intensity of the fiber increased with the increase of CDs content.In addition, CDs composite fiber membranes have excellent super hydrophobic properties. The hydrophilic angles of 1wt% and 10wt% Si CDs composite fiber membranes were 151°±2° and 163°±2°, respectively. This experiments could provide a reference for the preparation of CDs composite fibers and its practical application.
