柔性固态超级电容器:从材料设计到器件制备

摘要
随着可穿戴电子设备的不断涌现,柔性固态储能器件(电池与超级电容器)受到了研究者的广泛关注。[1-2]但是,制备高性能的柔性固态超级电容器仍然是一项充满挑战的工作。本报告将深入介绍柔性超级电容器的电极材料设计与器件制备,具体包括:1)关键材料设计与制备:有序导电聚合物纳米线阵列以及碳基纳米复合电极材料、水凝胶电极等;2)器件结构创新:利用新型材料扩展电容器器件结构,开发具有优良电化学性能和力学性能的器件原型。如微型器件、纤维状器件、智能变色存储窗等和一体化结构电容器等。[3-4]
As various wearable electronics devices continue to bring out, the flexible solid-state batteries and supercapacitors have received widely attentions from the researchers. However, it is still a large challenge to obtain high performance flexible supercapacitors. Here, we will introduce the research on materials preparation and devices fabrication of flexible supercapacitors, which includes. 1) The design and synthesis of key electrode materials, such as ordered conducting polymer nanowire arrays; 2) new prototyped supercapacitor devices: On-chip microsupercapacitor, Energy storage smart window, Fiber-like supercapacitors and All-in-one Integrated Supercapacitors.
